The social media giant Facebook and its founder Mark Zuckerberg became the laughingstock of the Saturday Night Live Weekend Update section.
After a busy week at Facebook headquarters, the hosts Colin Jost and Michael Che did not stop themselves from laughing at the company because the whistleblower exposed the company and the application was also facing interruptions.
“This week we discovered that sometimes a person wearing a hoodie can actually be dangerous,” begam Jost.
Jost-who also graduated from Harvard University like Zuckerberg-said that he was studying at an Ivy League school at the same time as the young tech mogul in 2004.
“I feel bad. Sometimes I wish I had a time machine so I could go back to college and find Mark and say,’Hey buddy!…Can I be a member of your company?” He said .
“This explains their competitor’s new slogan,’TikTok, take your fat [expletive] Here,” he quipped.
Che echoed Facebook’s mockery, saying: “This week, Instagram was closed for a whole day, forcing many Instagram addicts to use Twitter, TikTok or hosting’SNL’ to fill their time,” he said, cleverly pulling the guest host Kim Kardashian’s legs.
