The retailer did not provide details on the design, price or release date of the new branded products, other than to say that the products will launch globally in 2022 in conjunction with the Yeezy Gap launch.
Gap CEO Sonia Syngal said on the company’s recent conference call with analysts that the Yeezy Gap hoodie had the highest single-day sales in Gap.com history.
“Over 70% of Yeezy Gap customers are shopping with us for the first time, and this partnership is unleashing the power of a new audience for men of all backgrounds at Gap, Gen Z and X,” she said.
