Ponce Bay, Florida -Police said a 22-year-old caregiver and her husband were arrested on Wednesday after an 89-year-old woman was shot and killed multiple times in her Ponce Inlet apartment on charges of murder.
Ponce Bay Police Chief Jeff Glazier said that the 24-year-old Tyden Paul Guinn and Micayala Faith Yusco were due to He was arrested for the death of Margaret D. Hindsley, who was shot and killed on Links Village Avenue at about 5 am.

Glazier said that the police were called to 4670 Links Village Drive and found Hindsley had a gunshot wound. According to Grazier, Hindsley was taken to Halifax Hospital by the Ponce Bay Fire Station, where she died shortly afterwards.
According to the police, Guinn and Yusco visited Hindsley twice a day as her caretakers, and they admitted to relatives that they had shot Hindsley and were detained in Oak Hill.
Glazier stated that the vehicle that the suspect was driving and the gun believed to have been used in the crime have been recovered.
Jean and Yusco face first-degree premeditated murder and armed burglary charges, but the details of the shooting motive have not yet been announced. They are currently being held in the Volusia County Prison without bail.
The Ponce Bay Police Department, the Office of the Sheriff of Volusia County, and the Office of the State Attorney are conducting an investigation.
