Raleigh, North Carolina -Three Raleigh police officers were attacked by a suspect when they were arrested on Saturday morning.
The incident occurred at around 10 am at the Supreme Raleigh used car dealership located in the 3200 block of Capital Blvd.
According to reports, the policemen suffered minor injuries to their hands and knees.
The police rushed to the scene after receiving the call and reported that there was a family problem between the boyfriend and his girlfriend because of the car ownership.
According to the suspect’s lover, their quarrel escalated until she called the police.
Raleigh police stated that after the police arrived at the scene, the man was “uncooperative and combative.”
The unidentified boyfriend attacked the police before being arrested. Raleigh police said the suspect bit a police officer at the scene.
Sean Whipple, who works at the dealership, said the suspect was a new Supreme Raleigh employee.
